 Mingjiang Brass Die-casting & Hardware manufacture was set up in 1999, located in the Taizhou city, Zhejiang province. Taizhou is one of the famous bases for producing brass products. There are thousands of processing factories here. It is only about 5kms away from our company to airport, about 200kms to Ningbo port,and 500kms to Shanghai port.
Our company is well know for high technical capacity.We thank to customers’confidence and higher requests,which made us an increasing technology ability and administration level. Now, we are the leading factory in the brass die-casting in China.We have die-cast more difficult products for customers, such as , fire spinkler frame, water faucet handgrip, big water meter cases.
We look at the quality as our company’s life.It is our quality goal for us to make our customers largest satisfaction and also constant improvement for quality and service. In 2002, we have already passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality administration system certificate.We are proud of our products get permission from all of the customers.
Now our factory occupies more than 6000 m2 with employees more than 150.and there are more than 10 experienced engineers. We have 8 sets of 125-160 tons die-casting machines , which can produce more than 100 tons die-casting products a month. and there are more than 200 sets of various kinds of machining equipments for us ,such as CNC machines, forging machines, polishing machines,pressure testing machines.We have good relationship with many brassware factories which help us to collect the resources sufficient to meet the requirements. We can offer whole service chain,such as die-casting,forging,casting, machines, polishing, plating, testing press and leakage.We are qualified to develop comparatively difficult products.
